The Spanish manufacturer of premium cosmetics droppers has unveiled a brand new design, specially developed for cosmeceutical brands looking to build trust through form and function. Dubbed ‘Syringe Push Button Dropper’, the innovation was unveiled at the Luxe Pack New York show on May 07-08, 2025.
“This dispenser brings a pharmaceutical-inspired touch to skincare, offering brands a premium packaging solution that combines functionality, elegance, and a high-end dermocosmetic appeal,” explains Virospack in a statement.
Reminiscent of a syringe, the actuator evokes the sensation of a professional cosmeceutical treatment. This aesthetic cue resonates strongly with consumers seeking visible results and premium care.
Beyond its distinctive look, the actuator is ergonomically designed to offer enhanced control and accuracy. “It allows consumers to precisely apply the formula to targeted areas—ideal for serums, boosters, and treatments that require careful dosing and placement,” claims Virospack.
Virospack’s new syringe-style dropper is available in three standard neck sizes: 18/415, 20/410, and Europa 5. It is therefore adaptable to a large variety of existing bottles and pairs seamlessly with Virospack’s signature tubular glass vials. A large array of customization options—from metallization to screen printing – is available in-house.
The new dropper is available with Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) plastic and components for the button, shell, and inner cap can be produced in Chemically Recycled Plastic. The bulb is available in rubber, while the pipette is offered in either glass or recyclable PP (polypropylene). “All materials are designed to be recyclable at the end of their lifecycle, aligning with the values of today’s eco-conscious consumers,” adds Virospack.
