Live Fantasy Football analysis of every first round 2025 NFL Draft pick

Travis Hunter is looking more and more like a lock to land with the Cleveland Browns with the No. 2 pick. He’s currently listed -5000 to be the Browns’ choice according to BetMGM. Austin Mock used those odds to assemble a mock draft of Round 1 based on the odds-on favorite for each pick. Mock writes that Hunter “is not as much of a lock as Ward (at No. 1), but is still over 90 percent to go second overall. The drama with this pick is whether the Browns plan to use him as a wide receiver, a cornerback, or both.”

Speaking to the dual-position issue as it pertains to fantasy football, Michael Salfino says, “We want the slash to be WR/CB (in that order). … Actually, for fantasy, we don’t even want the slash. We just want Hunter to be a wide receiver. Brugler says he’s ‘WR1 in this class’ (and also CB1). It’s odd that everyone basically has him as a corner — WR is the more expensive position and the one that’s harder to fill in free agency. But that’s why his early ADP is WR59 right now.”

The Browns are coming off a historically bad offensive season in which they ranked last in the league in points per game (15.2), offensive DVOA, passer rating, yards per pass attempts, interceptions thrown, tackles for loss per game, to name a few. If Hunter is the pick, the case to employ him heavily on offense is obvious.
