Sen. John Fetterman (D-Penn.) suggested nine questions ABC anchor George Stephanapooulos should ask President Biden in their highly-anticipated Friday primetime interview, in a post on X.

“Ever bang a porn star? Every bribe one?” the list started. “Been impeached?”

The questions, designed to remind people of the controversies swirling around former President Trump, were inspired by an article published by Politico Thursday evening with the same premise.

A screenshot of the piece’s headline, “Nine questions George Stephanopoulos should ask Joe Biden,” was included in Fetterman’s post.

The interview will be the president’s first on-camera interview since the CNN presidential debate — a rare showing for the president who has made few media appearances since taking office compared to his predecessors.

Fetterman has rallied to support the president following his poor performance at last week’s presidential debate.  He called on fellow Democrats to “chill the f‑‑‑ out” amid the immediate post-debate fall out, and later said that abandoning Biden was the “dumbest s‑‑‑ I’ve ever heard.

“I refuse to join the Democratic vultures on Biden’s shoulder after the debate. No one knows more than me that a rough debate is not the sum total of the person and their record,” he wrote on X.

Following his own debate struggles in 2022 against celebrity doctor and Republican opponent for the senate seat, Mehmet Oz, Fetterman said he was counted out of the race. During that debate, Fetterman struggled to put together coherent sentences after suffering from a stroke.

In May, he criticized progressives who threatened to abstain from the general election, saying that they would “own the tragedy” of a second Trump term. In recent months, the senator has distanced himself from the progressive wing of the Democratic party, primarily over his staunch support for Israel.

Fetterman’s list of questions concluded with a vote of confidence in Biden’s chances to defeat the former president in November.

“Ever beat Trump?”
