The Baltimore Ravens will be without leading receiver Zay Flowers for Saturday’s wild-card round matchup with the Pittsburgh Steelers, coach John Harbaugh confirmed Thursday.
Flowers suffered a right knee injury in Baltimore’s Week 18 win versus Cleveland. Earlier this week, Harbaugh clarified that the injury would not be season-ending. Despite Harbaugh describing Flowers as “day to day,” the seven-day turnaround between games proved too tight a window for the 24-year-old receiver to return.
“Zay Flowers is not going to be able to make it to the game this week,” Harbaugh said. “So he’ll get started again next week and we’ll move forward with the guys we have and we’re excited about the guys we have, which is everybody else.”

Flowers left the win over the Browns in the second quarter after going to the ground clutching his right knee following a 12-yard reception.
The second-year player recorded team highs of 74 receptions and 1,059 yards in 2024, becoming Lamar Jackson’s most-targeted receiver en route to Flowers’ first Pro Bowl nod.
The matchup between the Ravens and Steelers will be the division rivals’ third of the season, with Pittsburgh winning in Week 11 but Baltimore winning in Week 15. Flowers was limited to two receptions and 39 yards with a touchdown in the first game, but recorded five catches and 100 yards in the rematch.
